We hope that you are happy with your order but if you would like to return or exchange an item you have 14 days from the order date to notify us and return your parcel. To return an item you must notify us in writing at info@casa-carta.com. However, it must be in completely re-saleable and unused condition, with all the relevant parts included in the original parcel. We will then issue a refund or credit note if preferred. 

Please note that if goods have already been dispatched before cancellation the customer must incur the cost of returning the goods. 

We are happy to say adding a gift note is simple. Just make sure you write your note at checkout and we will ensure it is printed with your order!

Yes we certainly do, you can choose from multiples of £50. The card is printed on high quality card and can then be sent to your recipient. You can choose to write your own gift note or let us add one. You can find them here
