We want to make sure your order gets to you safe and sound. Therefore, all orders are tracked and we provide you with a tracking number. As such, it is important you use a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the items.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 - 3 working days of your order being received, however this is subject to availability. Orders within the UK , EU and rest of the world are dispatched via DHL.
For any items that fails to be delivered, a card will be left and the item returned to the local DHL depot for personal collection or redelivery.

All international deliveries are sent via an Express DHL service and you will receive a message once your parcel has been dispatched.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES:
Customs and import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, Casacarta has no control of these charges and they must be paid by the customer.

We hope that you are happy with your order but if for some reason you would like to return or exchange a product, please read the following information.
Customers in the UK have 14 days from the order date to request a refund. Customers outside of the UK have 21 days.
If you would like to refund or exchange your order, you must notify us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org up to 7 working days from the day after you have received your order.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days, so if you want to cancel an order without incurring a cost, you need to cancel before your order is dispatched. If you do want to cancel an order before dispatch you will need to contact us via email at email@example.com. If you would like to change anything about an order please email us before the order is dispatched, to avoid having to pay for delivery again.
On receipt of your notice of order cancellation or exchange, we will contact you to confirm the return and refund amount or item exchange.

When you return goods within the period specified above (other than as a result of a defect in the goods) you must pay the cost of returning the goods. We recommend you return any items by registered, signed for, or recorded delivery and purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise.
The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in the same condition they were received with original tags and packaging intact. Any product that has been damaged or used will not be refunded.
