Delivery and Returns
Delivery
We want to make sure your order gets to you safe and sound. Therefore, all orders are tracked and we provide you with a tracking number. As such, it is important you use a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the items.
We aim to dispatch U.K orders via Uk mail within 1-2 working days of your order being received, however this is subject to availability. Orders within the EU and rest of the world are dispatched via Royal Mail Record Delivery or DHL.
For any items that fails to be delivered, a card will be left and the item returned to the local depot for personal collection or redelivery.
Europe
We use Royal Mail Record Delivery or DHL for European deliveries.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Orders are usually delivered within 4-8 working days.
Rest of World
All international deliveries are sent via an Express DHL service and you will receive a message once your parcel has been dispatched.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are usually delivered within 7-12 days.
Customs & Import Charges
Customs and import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, Casacarta has no control of these charges and they must be paid by the customer.
Brexit : The EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement provides for zero tariffs and zero quotas on all trade in goods originating in the UK to the EU. This means there should no customs or duties when ordering to the EU, however you should always check your Government website for more information. On the occasion there are duties to be paid, these must be paid by the customer.

Returns Policy
We hope that you are happy with your order but if for some reason you would like to return or exchange a product, please read the following information.
Customers in the UK have 14 days from the order date to request a refund and return the item. Customers outside of the UK have 21 days.
If you would like to refund or exchange your order, you must notify us in writing at info@casa-carta.com up to 7 working days from the day after you have received your order.
Please note sale items are non refundable but we may exchange them if they are in the same condition in which they are purchased.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days, so if you want to cancel an order without incurring a cost, you need to cancel before your order is dispatched. If you do want to cancel an order before dispatch you will need to contact us via email at info@casa-carta.com. If you would like to change anything about an order please email us before the order is dispatched, to avoid having to pay for delivery again.
On receipt of your notice of order cancellation or exchange, we will contact you to confirm the return and refund amount or item exchange.

When you return goods within the period specified above (other than as a result of a defect in the goods) you must pay the cost of returning the goods. We recommend you return any items by registered, signed for, or recorded delivery and purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise.
The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in the same condition they were received with original tags and packaging intact. Any product that has been damaged or used will not be refunded.
